Ark CV uses this website to explain our fish-passage monitoring services and respond to feasibility-assessment requests.

Information you provide

When you submit the assessment form, you provide your name, work email, organization, role, and information about your monitoring needs. The form is processed by FormSubmit and delivered to Ark CV so we can respond.

Website analytics

We use Google Analytics 4 to understand aggregate website traffic, approximate visitor geography, referral sources, page engagement, and actions such as opening an FAQ or completing an assessment request. Advertising storage and ad personalization are disabled. Analytics storage remains disabled unless you choose “Allow analytics.” Google may still receive limited, cookieless measurement signals when consent is denied.

We do not intentionally send names, email addresses, uploaded footage, or other form contents to Google Analytics.

Your choices

You can choose “Essential only” or “Allow analytics” in the website notice. You can clear your browser’s local site data to reset that choice.
